and popularized by the likes of Barton-Wright, Yukio Tani, Sadukazu Uyenishi & Maeda to name but a few.

This book will concentrate on the individual techniques of Capoeira and how to practice them by showing them in
pictorial form as well as text form, then later showing how the individual techniques can flow from one to another.
Variations in style and technique as well as the music will also be covered in this work.
